Server Log Files

Our web hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the request, and IP address.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. with servers in the EU. Vercel processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

4. Services & Data Processing

OpenClaw Setup & Hosting

When we provide OpenClaw setup and managed hosting services, customer data remains on the customer's own infrastructure. ClawSystems provides setup and maintenance but does not access processed data without explicit managed-care authorization.

Infrastructure Providers

We use Hetzner Online GmbH for VPS hosting, operating data centers in Germany and Finland. Hetzner is ISO 27001 certified. A separate data processing agreement is in place.

Under GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
